Personal data protection (Art. 196/03)

Studio Moretto Group has looked at the different types of data processing carried out, analyzed procedures, computer systems, databases and office conditions in which these processes occur and has assessed the risks and defined a plan of improvement, and incorporated these into its Program for Data Processing Security in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 2003.

Procedures and security devices used to ensure the availability, confidentiality and integrity of processed data and external documents:

1. 1) Access to material containing personal data and all documentation provided is reserved solely to the personnel to whom it is placed in charge. These personnel have been properly trained and informed about the processing of data and the risks involved.
2. 2) Paper materials are stored inside a special fireproof safe, housed in a reinforced storage room.
3. 3) Digital material is handled on computer systems which are accessible only to persons with proper access credentials.
4. 4) Protection on the Internet through the use of a Fire Wall and Anti-Virus software.
5. 5) Three backup systems: tape, NAS and remote backup offer quick data recovery. The company has also specific disaster recovery procedures.
