Studio Moretto Group Srl with offices in Via Malta 6/B - 25124 (Brescia, Italy), REA no. 491290, Brescia Business Registry/Tax Code/VAT No. 02936070982 (hereinafter "Studio"), in compliance with Art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (D. Lgs. 196/2003).

 

 

Studio Moretto Group informs its customers, suppliers, freelancers, interns and employees (hereinafter referred to as "Interested Parties"), that for purposes relating to its business activities data supplied by the client, or otherwise acquired, is handled in the following manner:

 

  • • The handling of personal and even sensitive data collected during the procurement, production and supply of goods or services is intended solely for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations, customer requirements and regulatory obligations, in particular those pertaining to accounting and tax, in addition to providing commercial information about the Studio's products and services. Handling of the data is performed at the Studio's registered office in Via Malta 6/B Brescia and at its national and international offices with the use of appropriate procedures for the protection of user privacy and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, deletion and destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities.

  • • Providing data is necessary for the performance of (pre-) contractual obligations relating to the Interested Parties.

  • • The non-disclosure of personal data makes it impossible to fulfill contractual obligations, and likewise, makes it impossible to receive information about products and services from the Studio.

  • • The data may be disclosed to our financial and legal advisers and other companies in the sector and handled by employees, agents and/or professionals hired by the Studio.

  • • Persuant to Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196, l 'The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the handling of data, and may in the manner and within the limits set by existing legislation, request confirmation of personal data concerning him, and know their origin, receive intelligible communication, obtain information about the rationale, methods and purposes of the handling, request updating, rectification, integration, request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data handled illegally, including those no longer needed for achieving the purposes for which they were collected, and, more generally, exercise all the rights that are recognized by existing laws by addressing requests to: Studio Moretto Group Srl with registered offices in Via Malta 6/B, 25124 Brescia, Italy.
