How each department contributes to the quality of your translation
Translation and Project Management Offices
Translations are assigned to: native speakers at our overseas offices and industry experts who have been informed of your specific needs. We have5 distinct Departments, each of which manages a defined area of translation through its personnel and procedures: Business and Legal, Science and Technology, Medicine, Culture and Publishing, and Sports. Each customer is assisted by a small number of "personalised" translators, whose replacement is guaranteed in case of illness or unavailability. Where necessary, you can contact your “personalised” translators and in doing so, create a dialogue which is extremely useful in ensuring the success of the service.
Human Resources Department
This Department regularly selects talented individuals from around the world and allows them to shine from within an environment of continual training and, more importantly, awareness of the real needs of the customer.
Quality Assurance Office
The monitoring of processes and the management of feedback, as well as reporting in general, play a vital role in delivering high quality services.
