Since 2001 we have been carrying out specialized translations for the manufacturers of valves, connectors, taps and fittings, fans and climate control systems.

Our commitment has generated approximately 1,000,000 to date. In fact we have written manuals for installers and end-users, company catalogs, AutoCAD technical drawings, technical specifications for products, tender specifications, international standards, patents and software interfaces.

Translators

we collaborate with plant designers and electronic, IT and mechanical engineers so that the translations of our linguists are verified in every technical aspect.

Training

our translators regularly receive instructions regarding the specificities of products. This training is completed by preliminary briefing and visits to our clients' factories (21 visits in 2010 alone to Italian and German factories). The regular feedback received from our clients and revisers regarding each translation done is also an important honing tool that makes our translators almost "in-house translators of our client".

as proof of the in-depth research carried out in the terminology of this sector, below we have listed the terminology databases that we have recently developed. These reference glossaries contain over 20,000 technical terms in Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Hungarian, Romanian, Czech, Slovakian, Slovenian, Croatian, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Chinese, Turkish and Arabic.

Work process

each of our translations is checked before delivery by means of appropriate Revisions that conform to UNI EN standards 10.574 and 15.038, whereas the terminology research is regulated by our Terminology Search Protocol, presented officially at the Traductology Convention Università Cattolica of Brescia in 2010.
