Work process - translation: How we handle a translation
A Project Manager assists the client before, during and after the service, and is available for matters regarding style, word choice, localization, page layouts, graphics, formatting and any requirements for the media processing and printing of the document.
The PM assigns the translation to a native speaker on our staff who has academic qualifications and professional experience in the field (for example, we believe that an engineering manual can only be fully understood and faithfully translated by an engineer).
By using terminology databases and official publications as references, the translator produces a customized glossary that provides uniform terminology for present and future works.
Every aspect of the translation is carefully checked by one of our editors, thus avoiding costly client checks.
Graphic adjustments for foreign audiences, hyperlinks, multimedia processing and many other "special attention" services make our translations a truly effective means of communication.
Every translation is saved in our Electronic Storage System for future needs.
A detailed description of the work process can be obtained from our Offices.
