“Certified” and “sworn” translations are needed to officialise contracts, proxies, patents and documents to submit to a partner or a public office in a foreign language or in anyway different from the original.

How is a translation certified?

Sworn:

an oath made before a public official (in many nations the Clerk of the Court or Justice of the Peace) to certify the translation for use in the country where the oath is made. In some countries and in many courts, this oath can only be done made by sworn translators, meaning that they are registered with the court or otherwise approved by the government: our Economic and Legal section can advise you of the requirements which apply to your case and make the necessary translators available.

Authentication and the Hague Apostille:

these are certificates with which a public office (in many countries the public prosecutor, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Justice) authenticates a translation for use abroad.

Our internal certification:

when formal certification from a public body is not required, Studio Moretto Group is able to certify that their texts are accurate and complete translations, carried out in good faith by competent personnel, fully respecting the confidentiality of data acquired.
